The best way to ensure the prevention of the proliferation of nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons is to begin immediate disarmament and to eliminate the entire arsenal. Currently we have enough weapons to destroy the world many times over. As an intelligent civilization we have to take measures to ensure that such a catastrophic act of destruction never takes place. We must make a pact amongst all nations to permanently decommission all weapons of mass destruction. |
